Refund policy
At Nani Signature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The average return cost is approximately €5 within the Netherlands and €11 outside the Netherlands.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.
- Returned items must be in original, unworn condition — free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only issued for items returned in perfect condition, without any signs of wear, stains, or damage.
- Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise stated.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please complete the Return Form on our website.
Once we receive your request, you will receive an email with the return label, payment link for the return shipping cost, and detailed return instructions.
